Romania govt mandates Fondul Proprietatea to sign contract wt Templeton

The government has mandated the Surveillance Board of Fondul Proprietatea
(FP) to sign the management contract with Franklin Templeton Investments.
On the 10th of February, the GSM will designate a person who will be
empowered to sign the contract with Franklin Templeton. During the same
GSM, FP's shareholders will elect the new members of the Surveillance
Board.
