CEZ said interested in buying heating facilities in southern Poland

CEZ is interested in buying heating facilities in southern Poland, the weekly Tyden
reported. The facilities are worth more than CZK 460m and the auction is scheduled
for 30 March. The news is neutral for the stock. The expected transaction value is very low compared with CEZ's balance sheet. The company announced earlier that it will expand into the heating sector. Also, CEZ aims to strengthen its position on the Polish market, in the long term. The announcement therefore brings no surprise.
